Three Pots is a convenient spot for a quick meal, and it certainly delivered on speed. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn’t match the efficiency of the service. We opted for the minced pork and center egg porridge, stir-fried sweet potato leaves, and wat tan hor. Initially, the porridge offered a comforting warmth, but the flavors quickly became monotonous. The promised minced pork was notably bland, a disappointing contrast to the flavorful clay pot it was served in. The stir-fried sweet potato leaves were overwhelmed by an excessive amount of garlic, overpowering the delicate greens. As for the wat tan hor, the substitution of chicken breast for the expected sliced pork was a major letdown. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor, a far cry from the tender, savory pork we had anticipated. While Three Pots may be a suitable option for those in a hurry and simply looking to fill an empty stomach, it falls short of providing a satisfying dining experience. Given the underwhelming flavors and unexpected substitutions, it’s unlikely we’ll be returning.

Their signature here is the Claypot Porridge and you get a choice of pork, chicken, fish or frog porridge with some other options like century egg, salted egg, pumpkin or peanuts. Our order of Minced pork with Salted Egg porridge was quite good. The porridge had a good thick consistency and was flavourful from the salted egg. This is a good combination and is Recommended. The Hokkien Mee had a decent taste but they used the thin yellow noodles instead of the fat wheat noodle, so the result was not quite satisfying. However their Sambal belacan for the Hokkien Mee was very fragrant and tasty. If only they’d use the correct noodle, this could be a pretty good dish too. Fried pork belly had crispy and flavourful flour coating, but the pork lacked the fat content. It may not have been pork belly? Fried fish cake was decent but not exceptional.

I really impressed by the tauke niang attitude as she is very patient to recommend the best food in her restaurant and told us how to match the food especially porridge with other dishes. The price might be slightly higher but then the food and the service is great. Very clean as well. Ordered their fried porridge and fried frog for 3 persons, taste so good.

Since I live in the neighborhood, I come here to eat quite often They're sometimes open in the afternoon till night Or some days at night only.

The food is great, they have a wide selection from their menu and it has never changed. They have porridge, Omelette, veggies, fried chicken and even fried rice. They're famous for frog porridge. They have this foldable awning I'm not sure what it's called but it's like an extendable roof thing so they can seat quite a lot of tables The atmosphere is quite nice and chill, the family that owns this business is very kind.

There are many smokers here unfortunately, if you're someone with asthma or cough quite badly like me because of these smokers you will inhale a lot of the smoke. Even if you sit inside you will still get...
