Chandelier Wine Dine & Party — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Guys, Very Very worst Bar in KL i have ever seen in my life...Bad experience...I went them twice in differnet months..still same experience..

They see customer as a Money machine....Bartender are very rude... As soon as I ordered drinks, First they serve is the "Bill" and forcing us to pay before they serve drinks/food.

I have decided not to go to that club anymore, without even asking us bartender buys tequilla and asking us to pay...

There are lot of Bars/restaurant/club better than this where they treat customers great...I have been many places and I would rate this is worst i ever seen...

This restaurant should learn the how to treat customers...Let them learn from below phrase,

Bad service with so so food. Won't come again. Beef steak is overcooked. Fried chicken is almost tasteless.

We haven't finished the food but the waiter just came and collect our plates and cutlery away. Leaving the food there and expecting us to eat to our hands.

Bill served to us around 8.45pm. I thought they are closing soon. But the answer from the waiter is: my boss scare if running bill.

Hello?? There is only 2 tables in the whole restaurant and you afraid us for not paying and run your bill?? Seriously RUDE!!!

Food - 2/10. Please dont use frozen food especially for steak and salmon.

Service - 1/10. Please educate your staff on how to respond to customers. Also please deliver what we order instead dont play around with our orders. Its the first thing spoils our whole plan.

Price - 😭😭😭. We dont mind if the food is good. But after bad experience offcourse everyone will get heart attack once the bill issued for that MOUTHWATERING 🤬🤬🤬
