Ive known this place from Dr Say. He recommended and promoted this place a looott of times and we were intrigued to try this place out. What i can say is overall so-so. We’ve ordered set A (2-3 pax) RM49.90 which comprises of: 1 - siakap stim limau/3 rasa (u can choose) —-> siakap stim limau - okaylaa, the fish was overcooked, the sauce was pungy and nice - but honestly cant beat my mom’s siakap stim limau 2 - tomyam campur —-> the flavor is nice but its not spicy at all. My 7 year old son who doesnt eat spicy food can sip the broth. Tastewise, doesnt meet my expectations and cant beat my fave Thai place, Ginger Noi @ DPulze Cyber taste. There were only around 3 prawns and few squids and chicken pieces, lots of oyster mushrooms 3 - kailan ikan masin —-> very yummy and highly recommended. The sauce is so nice and smoky, kailan were fresh and not overcooked 4 - nasi putih —-> we got 3 bowls of rice 5 - teh o ais —-> we got 3 cups - very nice of them But tastewise, so-so For extra dishes, we’ve ordered: - siput sedut kam heong RM25 —-> this was highly recommended by Dr Say but its tasteless for me, its just like seput sedut with kicap and that’s all - not recommended - butter prawn RM30 —-> my son loves this but not me, still cant beat Ginger Noi’s version of butter prawn, there are only 5 pcs of prawns in the dish Parking - you can park in front of the shop Total: RM104.90 - which is actually great cos you get a loot of dishes from the set alone - tomyam, vege, fish - extra - siput sedut and prawns Overall for taste-wise, so-so honestly. I’m looking for a shop that can beat Ginger Noi. Will i recommend? Sure, probably its just taste preferences cos like I said, Dr Say has been going to this place a loot of times and he loves this place. Probably just doesnt suit my tastebuds Will i come again? Nope. Cos its quite far from my home (an hour drive) and tastewise- doesnt meet my expectations To Dino’s Thai owner who has gave me the feedback: Tq for reading my honest review. It was my first time going to the shop and its expected that tomyam is generally spicy. We’ve tasted the tomyam and we dont expect you to give a whole new bowl of tomyam just because we thought its not spicy.

It was a Sunday night on 12.6.2022 and I reached this restaurant at around 9.00pm. I ordered a quite selection of dishes as recommended by the staffs. After 20 minutes of waiting, I enquired about our drinks first. 5 mins later, our drinks were served. 20 minutes later, I asked again about our food and they said the kitchen is preparing it. After more than of hour of waiting, I couldn't wait anymore. My little daughter was hungry and wondering about our dinner. I asked the cashier what happened to our food. He quickly grabbed his walkie-talkie and asked the kitchen. I couldn't wait any longer as I was too tired of waiting. I told the cashier that we're sorry and we couldn't wait any longer. I'd pay for the drinks but not for the food. People who came after us had gotten their food and left the place. But we did not get single dish or even a grain of rice. Unfortunately, the staff had the guts to "insist" to pay for our undelivered meal as well because they said they're preparing our food. Later we found out that our order was not even passed to the kitchen. So what's your basis on claiming for the so-called preparing our meals? After making your customer waiting for so long, not even a single apology to me or my family. We walked out with an empty stomach and full of disappointment. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I'd never come back to Dino's Thai Food. I can't comment or review about their food cos we didn't even get them.

So, I just went here with my friends last night for the first time. In my opinion, the food tasted delicious! If you are planning to go, go and have a try for their Steamed Garlic Squid. Worth it! Their Tom Yam was okay to me, it's not like Absolute Thai but the taste has a major different, but it's good to have if you are planning to eat there. Oh and their Butter Prawn is a must go to combination with the Steamed Garlic Squid! Don't forget the Oysters! Their services and timeliness in serving your food was top notch, we ordered a lot of things which unexpectedly being served after 20-30 minutes which a one hell of a service where there are a full crowd there. The only downside of the night was the table was too small to eat for 4 pax and we insisted to get 2 tables but was declined at first. Then we eventually combined with the empty table next to us which was lucky enough the customer has just left. It costed us around RM272 for 4 pax and with the menu that we had which was pretty standard to me. Btw, get ready to be shocked by the parking fee near there. It's an open space parking which cost RM13 per car. Crazy! (Nothing to do with the Restaurant)
