I went there on 1/1/25. First of all y’all need to improve from the service side. When I went there there’s no one welcome us. I just asked the receptionist counter if there’s any table available for two or we need to book for reservations, the lady said you can seats which table you want. I go straight with the table I want and I saw Chinese guy blazer just walking around. That’s the first sign I got off.our host that day was guy name tuk a Chinese guy. We sat down and our table in front of food counter. After that we ordered seafood risotto and Hamburg steak with Demi sauce and for our drinks 2 regular coke. It took 15 mins for coke to serve to our table, I was raising my hand but I clearly see every single one including the manager or you called as captain in that room notice I raise my hand. Of course you have a common sense when you’re sitting in-front of counter food there’s a lot of staff picking up the food and drinks at the same time they clearly sees me but they choose to ignore or pretend that I wasn’t there. There’s one lady attend to our table and I just ask how long it will take to serve our coke on the table. After 10 mins there’s a group 6 of male from western states came in and seats in front our table. Straight 2 manager wearing suits and attend them and help them to seats. After few minutes there’s small family group came in and seats next to western group. Again the guy attend the group and assist with the menu and so on. My partner and I felt like your service side only choose what people you want to serve. We got our food seafood risotto and the one thing I can’t enjoy because Hamburg steak was too dry. Like if there’s any doneness your service side could let the customer know in advance? Overall experience I feel so frustrated and unhappy. From FOH and BOH side. I which the restaurant could improve much more better like accommodate to every guest equally and what colour of their skin. Doesn’t matter how much your customer spend on...
Read moreThey literally just opened a few days ago so giving them some grace as they figure out things.
The ONLY reason why we went in is only because there was no line and we didnt know they had a 20% for all dine in food on the bill.
Everything you see was about RM450 after discount. If original price I think close to RM600-700, I let you be the judge of the value/price based on these photos.
Salad - it was really good and refreshing and was the first dish to come out. RM20 I believe.
Sushi roll - unagi one was tastier but it literally took forever to come out as well. We had a sashimi ikura roll but it came out super late after 2 dishes. Soya sauce only provided after we finish our salmon ikura roll. Both of them were each RM49 - 1) took forever to complete and don't know why because it looked simple presentation 2) Not really worth the price/value as I expected more from this fine dining place.
Also, there were like 6+ mains but 3 of them were unavailable that day and it was only 12+pm and sold out?
Tiger prawn - 6 pcs but it was a bit too over-grilled / some parts were bitter
Wagyu - RM299 for 200g. This was imo the tastiest dish and meat was cooked perfectly and melts real good BUT......too FREAKING SALTY!!!!!! IT WAS Not seasoned properly or evenly. A tad disappointed
Pasta - this was the LAST dish to come out and looking at every other table, everyone was waiting for their pasta as well and some guests didn't look too happy. Wasn't worth the price/portion. A bit oversalted also. But seafood was good.
Service - asked for water/bill took almost forever. Only one female waitress was super attentive and very quick with every ask. The male servers were slow...
TLDR; very expensive and slow service. But since this is their first few days of opening, we will see how they improve but I personally won't be visiting...

Online customer service via what apps and Instagram was pretty fast. Feedbacks from Whatapps was faster than Instagram. I texted to clarify if I can walk in or should make reservations in advanced.
Walked in to the restaurant at around 6pm. We were among the first or second group of diners went in at that hour.
Service crews and kitchen crews were having their briefing while we were seated. I think we were unusually early for dinner. Shortly after we have ordered our food, other diners marched in to the restaurant too.
Entertained by their live band. They played several of my favourite songs. I think I was quite lucky. My friend spotted me grinning when my favorite song is performed by the singer.
The restaurant was quiet and equipped with comfortable seatings. Environment sound was low, we managed to had good chat for hours. Service crews were attentive, constantly checking on us, fill filing every request and needs from us. Also checking on our feedback several times regarding food and beverages.
Ordered a tiramisu after meal. Their tiramisu is quite different from tiramisu i had from other places. Quite bitter to myself. After clarifying only to find out the filling of the tiramisu contained coffee liquor and espresso. Quite new to me. Not sweet at all. Rating 4/5 from myself.
Would also like to give a compliment to the service crew who clarify with me on my preference towards the way my glass of roku gin being served. They had options of gin and tonic or gin on the rock. I picked gin and tonic. Thank you.
Their food portion was very large. We couldn't finish all our food. The prawn pasta and mushroom rissoto were good. Unagi sushi also nice.
Would love to visit...
