Was here on the 10th of March and the worker who takes orders at the counter had a smug attitude. I ordered two drinks and found that one of the drinks I ordered was not the one I wanted, so I asked another worker for the name of the correct drink so I could order it correctly next time. The worker was nice but seemed confused and didn't know what to do, in the end instead of answering my question he asked if I wanted to change the drink. I thought it was a very nice gesture and asked how long it would like and he told me just a few minutes. Few minutes later I received a notification on Grab saying my money was refunded. Confused, I went up to them and asked why it was refunded as I thought I was getting a change of drinks. The cashier just looked at me blankly and said he refunded me. I tried to explain that I thought I was getting a change of drinks not a refund, if they didn't offer the change of drinks I would've left with the wrong drinks since I ordered it wrong in the first place. He then sarcastically said "well too bad I already refunded you/". Excuse me?? I didn't ask for a refund and I didn't wait 20+ mins for NO. DRINKS. And what do you mean TOO BAD I ALREADY REFUNDED YOU. What kind of sick attitude is this? I understand that each drink is priced differently but I wasn't asking to change it in the first place anyway. Read moreHeard about the hype of Heytea for quite some time already, and finally got to experience it todayyy, the queue was long but there's staff providing us guidance on how to order online, and Sharing with us about their drinks and their on going event.
The drink was really nice, and I really prefer their Grapeboom with half sugar, it's refreshing and there's a hint of tea taste mixed together with the juices. It's really great after a heavy breakfast,yum yummmm. Btw the staff who served me was really professional, glad she asked about my preference and suggested me their drinks, and even being very nice by asking my sugar and ice preference. The best thing is today i managed to get their limited edition Refrigerator Magnet with some bookmarks , what a lucky day for meeee 🥺

Service- 9 love it when the staff would ask me about my preference instead of making their decision by themselves and I can feel the staff being friendly even tho she's wearing a mask. The energy and vibes just feels great 👍
Environment - 7 Overall it feels like a place to temporarily drop by and chill for awhile and move on . A very modern outlet with warm lights. I would prefer somewhere more quiet personally but yea not too bad , at least there's a sofa for us to sit down and wait for our number. It's average but one good thing...
Read moreWent to midvalley branch today wanted to try out Heytea since it’s near to my workplace. Upon arrival, we can hear very noisy from the counter, staffs was chit chatting among themselves. Management can please playback the CCTV around 1:30pm to 2pm today, you will see how unprofessional was the staffs there. The guy who made order for us is friendly, and welcoming. Except when we collecting the drinks, our drinks was placing over the counter for quite some time, the staffs wasn’t calling our number but they are chit chatting to each other. Probably you will doubt that maybe it is crowded there they couldn’t recognise who is who. But eventually only both of us me and my friend standing infront of the entrance waiting for our drinks. We approached to the staff Giselle and asked whether is it our drinks? Half way she replied us, she suddenly shouted at one of the male malay staff friend with vulgar words (Jibai, Sohai and etc) which they think it’s funny enough, laughing at each other and present directly infront of customers. This is very impressive.
