Update: Today i noticed something quite unique, the personnels at work at this outlet today were all guys. No girls in sight. How cute!

Shout out to Maziz and Wai Meng. Keep up the gracious demeanour and good customer service. You guys are lovely frontliners!

KFC... Whats not to love about these chicken menu from Colonel Sanders? especially on a rainy day! KFC is almost always yums! But DO NOTE your QC must match your claims ya... chickens should be hot not cold, the mash potato, coleslaw and jelly icecream quality and taste is a let down.

This outlet started small but has grown in terms of service and clientele. It is ISP certified store. And yes this outlet does delivery too.

During peak hours the line is long and service time can be improved. Some servers are a tad slow (though to be fair, there are customers who have waited in line and only start perusing the menu or specials upon their turn to be served 😡)

This outlet has its seating upstairs for customers. Its cozy and airy. There are also 1 long table on the ground floor for the infirmed/disabled.

I hope the management will be more attentive to the restrooms and wash area, it needs extra work.

Of late this outlet has been serving near cold burgers, fried chicken and sides. Cold slaws are often replaced with whipped potato. While patrons are ok with occassional swops, when its an almost daily occurence, it can get annoying. A let...

I staying in TAMAN desa quite some time ago, I never think to visit this KFC brunch before but I visit today , and it really disappointed.

First of all , I ordered snack plate combo x1 and cheesy wedges (L) x1 as the photo showed below. As you can see the cheesy wedges are lack of mayonnaise and the portion is not up to the standards . The bun is cold , the chicken is nearly cold, the cheesy wedges is cold . And when I was waiting to get my food from counter , I’ve been told that the one of my order which is original chicken x1 and hot & spicy chicken in the snack plate combo have to wait 20 minutes because of they don’t have original chicken available now , okay fine just give me 2 hot & spicy then . After few minutes , the staff behind is about to prepare my cheesy wedges and he trow it to the pantry cause one of the potato wedges fall down, and he using his hand to pickup and trow it away , they don’t apologize regarding to this and no any replacement for this , this is so ridiculous and rude .

These sociopaths put half eaten customer food back on the rack for resale! Should be immediately shut down by the health department! After taking the saddest looking KFC meal ever upstairs and taking a bite I discovered the chicken I ordered was cold. Took it back downstairs to ask for freshly cooked ones. They put my 2 pieces of chicken including the one with my bite now missing back in the rack for resale! So in addition my saliva is also now on their tongs and on the rack with chicken about to be sold. I literally had to tell them they just put eaten food back in the rack of chicken they are about to sell, after they just chucked that piece with the tongs supposed to be for clean food like it was no big deal at all. Gave me a hotter but 0% fresher 2 pieces from the oven. So yeah they literally don't seem to have freshly fried chicken here. Appalling contempt for customers and basic hygiene.
