Mixue Taman Desa — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Today around 7:00 PM, I visited the Mixue outlet at Taman Desa to order two beverages and an ice cream. One of the drinks was a pearl milk tea with 30% less sugar. When I got my order, the milk tea tasted too plain. I went back and politely asked the staff to add a bit of sugar, explaining that I asked for 30% less sugar, I REPEAT 30% LESS SUGAR NOT 30% SUGAR.

One staff member (male, tan skin, patterned face mask) started arguing with me, insisting they made it right. When I told him i understand but it was too plain for me and i just wanted him to add a little bit more sugar, he raised his voice and blamed me for making the wrong order, saying I should have asked for 70% sugar. To make things worse, he threw my first order roughly into the trash bin before making a new one, clearly showing his anger.

I’ve ordered the same drink here several times without any issues, and my cup even had the correct label: "pearl milk tea 30% less sugar." This experience was really frustrating. I hope management can address this and ensure the staff knows how to take orders correctly and treat customers...

Kindly check the order before calling the customer to pick up their order. Today, I realized that your staff give me the wrong item once I am already back at home. I did not check the item as I am rushing for iftar. My order is #103(3 item), but I received #102(1 item) & #103(2 item). I did pay extra money compare to what I received. It is not that the difference in amount paid that upset me, but I can't really drink the wrong order that you mistakenly bag for me. At first I thought that cashier wrongly key in my order, or my voice is not clear enough, so I just want to let it be even though I paid extra. But after a while, I just realized that the order number on the sticker is not the same. Thus, it is not my fault. I ordered and paid accordingly. Please, make sure to check the order before calling for customer as we trust you 100%. Just to inform, i remember that there is no other customer after me while waiting for my order to be collected, thus, I am bit upset. If there is crowd during that time, I can understand the mistake.
