Terrible customer service. The lady answered call was bossy, had few times bad experiences both dine in and ordered via grab. They missed out one item and called customer to arrange lalamove and paid ourselves? Seriously? After some arguments, i asked for refund. Read moreI frequently eat at this restaurant because it's near where I live, the food is considered pretty decent for the price they are charging.
The service, however is far from satisfactory. The last order is 8:20pm, despite the shop closing at 9pm. The bamboo chopsticks and trays smell funky at times because they weren't dried properly. There's also a staff who has this holier-than-thou attitude as if we owe him for being in that restaurant (quite sure he's not the owner, but related, perhaps?)

Drinks are mediocre at best. Cham doesn’t taste strong or has a signature flavor. It’s just right in the middle. Tea is also bland.
Food wise the noodles are really good. They’re thick and have a substantial bite. Tasty and seasoned well within their sauces.
Charsiew was hard and tough. Deducted points for that.
What I liked the most was the toast bread with kaya and butter. It’s very light, a nice crunch, had a slightly salty taste on the outside but was slightly sweet and buttery on the inside. I wished they gave a bit more kaya. But that may ruin...
