I agree its a cosy environment, have a selection of wines and if a small group, it would have been a more enjoyable experience.

Place cannot accomadate large groups. My group of 12, when called to reserve a table at least a week before, were given lounge seating for dinner. Put your imagination on with how bending over your plate cause the table is too short works out. Next issue, the ordering system and the kitchen. Menu has too many options for the kitchen to cope, thus we ordered at 8pm and food was supposedly fully out by 10pm. Unfortunately the waiter also missed out on 3 entrees ordered, so a few hangry people by then. Also ran out of cutleries half way through, so was given "sporks". Food taste does not justify the pricing charged. For RM 60 pasta, was expecting a little more.

Not so recommend for large groups or when they are busy, according to the waiters. So if you can predict when their busy period...

The menu was a bit difficult to read. They use android tablets with the picture albums as menu. Hard to see at a glance what there is. You have to scroll image by image to see what it is. Very difficult to see what they have. Just a regular menu with words and pictures would be better.

Also its quite noisy from other customers. Echoing quite a bit and the chef was very agitated raising her voice at staff in the kitchen. The staff tried their best but they were getting things wrong and also kept interrupting us when we ate trying too hard to push dishes to us we didnt want. A combination of underservice and overservice.

The food was good though. Very tasty ham and iberico pork and a unique hokkaido style dish served over a fire and in a clam. I forget what its called.

Worth going to try. Hopefully...

The wine was good, but the staff lacked understanding and couldn't remember which dishes were available or not. The funny part is they needed to ask the customer to confirm. The boss kept shouting in the kitchen, which made the whole atmosphere unpleasant. We couldn't enjoy a peaceful conversation in the restaurant because we kept hearing people shouting from the kitchen. Additionally, they were not well-informed about the food they served; they couldn't tell us upfront what was available or not. We had to change our order three times because every time the staff took our order to the kitchen, they would come back and inform us that something was unavailable or not fresh.
