I've been visiting here for years and here are some tips:

They'll definitely open during Friday to Sunday and usually dinner time is more packed. Sunday is probably the best day to go. During other days, they tend to have tendency to close shop and you'll find yourself disappointed if they do because they don't have social media accounts to announce and all they do is: put up a sign at their door. When this happens, don't bother visiting any nearby Korean shop because they can be highly disappointing (lack of quality).

You can definitely call them to confirm if they're open but I highly believe that reservations are not available.

Marinated is always a good way to go. That being said, non-marinated could be better than outside too since they are so good at keeping the meat juicy and not dead-dry. I still love my meat marinated tho.

Highly recommended eating without rice if its your first time. Their side dishes are so amazing and they are very generous with them. I always get full with just ordering two bbq meat. Seaweed side dishes are my favourite, especially the dry one with sugar. They also provide free seaweed soup if you spend up to a certain amount. Lettuce and vinegar soaked lettuce are both free as well. If you love their side dishes, they do sell it on its own at a counter so you can enjoy it at home.

Lots of staffs are available to cater you (mostly because when they reach peak hour, it can go scarily busy). They all standby and always pay attention for any hands raised. Super quick and friendly too.

Overall, this is the best Korean bbq in my life (in Malaysia je) and while they have the tendency to close shop whenever they need/want to, I still prefer here than anywhere else.

P.s.: Ajjushi and Ajjuma, please start opening social media account...

Hit and Misses. I used to love this place. Last time I was here 6-7 yrs ago. Disappointed after my recent visit. Won’t go back. The side dishes were all really well done and tasty. Slightly salty though.

The kimchi soup and pancake was the best thing. The pancake was crispy and filled with ingredients. The soup was piping hot and savory. As it should be. Pairs well with rice.

Had their cold noodles, wouldn’t recommend it. The broth is too sweet and bland compared to the savory sweet bone broth from proper cold noodle restaurants in KL. It felt like I was eating a fruit noodle soup. Not for me.

The meat is now grilled at their own station so you lose the authenticity of the kbbq being cooked Infront of you which is a miss. Once the meats is cooked, they cut it and place it on the table. It’s luke warm. So you have to eat it fast if not, cold. I would like it if the meats were cooked infront of me. But I do understand this is more convenient for some people and the owners as they save on washing and man power. Some may say it’s so that your clothes don’t smell like kbbq but it still did so I don’t see the point. Flavor was decent for the price.

Overall: 3/5. Flavor is decent but loses the authenticity of a kbbq and the service was rather disappointing as they don’t understand simple...

Terrible service. Very dissappointed and it will be my last time here. We booked the private room and the boss mentioned that we require a minimum of RM450 to enter this room which we agreed. 6 of us arrived 1st and we ordered up to around RM200 (4 meat, 2 kimchi soup) according to our calculations, we started eating and we then requested to top up the side dishes, the staff then rudely told us that we cannot top up until we order more main dishes. We explained to him that we will slowly add on to the bill to make up RM450 as more friends are coming later. He still rudely told us off that we cannot top up. We spoke to the boss and he also rudely told us we cannot top up. We had to eat our main dishes with no side dish till our friends arrived. Once our friends arrived, we ordered more main dishes, then they reluctantly top up the side dishes and purposely left out some dishes when returning it to the table. On the next side dish top up request, they were very reluctant and also very difficult to call them to the room to give service.

Ive been to so many korean shops and never experienced this before. Ive been to other shops as 1 person and I could top up the side dishes. We were a 10 pax party and we were given such ...

Best Rustic Korean BBQ in town! Consistent quality homemade food. Could be very popular so at dinner time, the queue can be long & waiting time 25mins +. They don't allow advance booking for less than 10pax, only on a first come first serve basis. It's worth the wait if you have the urge for a good Korean BBQ! As always the food from this restaurant tastes clean and flavourful! We started visiting the restaurant 13 years ago and became regulars over the years. It has remained true to their ' authentic 'home cook'' style. It's a family run restaurant, started with a Korean Aunty commanding her sons & daughter, daughter-in-law cooking real food in the kitchen. Brother & Sister managing & serving front of house. Always providing quick & efficient service. The side dishes are the highlights, as authentic as they can be. You won't find anywhere else in KL serving that many(9types) & regularly changing variety. These days the beef has gotten even better because the owners changed from US beef to Wagyu hence it's a bit pricey, but you are guaranteed a good meal!

Very bad experience dining in this restaurant. We came in 5 person (3 adults and 2 kids). We ordered 3 sets of different varieties of meat from the menu. During the meal, we requested to refill some of the side dishes. However, the staffs rejected our request given the reason that we came in 5 person, should at least order 4 sets of main dishes. They said it’s their restaurant’s policy. Fine! After completing our meal, I expressed our dissatisfaction to the boss but I was really shocked to hear his reply. The boss (sarcastically said): yes, our food is bad, service is bad and everything is bad. You came in 5 person, you should at least order 4 sets of main dishes. My reply: although we came in a group of 5, but 2 were young kids. They couldn’t eat much. The boss: this is our policy. Please don’t come to my shop again (Very RUDELY he replied)! I will never go to this restaurant again no matter how good is their food. They are simply overpriced for its portion and providing very bad and rude service to their patrons. 👎👎👎
