The crispy fried burger is good, which is why I came back to support them. Even previous visits, they will inform me the waiting time which I am ok with it as long as I was informed. The longest I waited previously was about 55 minutes with them informing me needing about 45 minutes during peak time. The different is just a slight give and take which I am totally OK with it.

But tonight, it was bad, I order at 6.27pm but got my burger at 7.47pm and they told me that the wait will only be around 15 minutes when I order. The bad part was because I was given the expectation it will be soon and it will be soon again and again. In the end, I waited nearly 1 hour 20 minutes just for a piece of crispy chicken burger.

The thing is, I did ask them in between, if need to take so long, then at least inform me. They told me 8 more items and will be soon which I then proceed to take a seat and waited for them after nearly 1 hour wait (I was patient and did not ask them earlier as i can see the crowd but was losing it soon. Besides that, another friend was waiting with me, which her family was waiting for her to have dinner as i told her max was 30 minutes wait). After I sat down for an amount of time, a person took his 8 burgers order... then after that got a few more orders of 2 to 3 burgers. After nearly another 20 minutes of wait, I ask again only to be answer that this is the 8 items which he then past to the next person and tell the kitchen to prepared mine next. To be honest, I got really mad inside that I totally loss my appetite but decided to not make a scene just...

Found this stall by the storm of media social recently and had to try it.

Went during rainy day, there was short queue and the waiting time was not that long.

They accept both online and cash payment which is very convenient to the customers.

I ordered the crispy fried chicken burger and it was huge! I noticed there are few chicken fillets that had been fried before- probably they received orders and hopefully not serving the cold fillets to the customers. But mine was pretty hot.

If you fancy regular types of burger- they also offered those. Common chicken/ beef patties with customized order.

I used to drop by very often, but have decided not to come here due to awfully slow service. Back then it took 10mins for the order to complete, nowadays they said it will take 20-30mins but after 40mins, they havent even begin your order. Some customers even buy in bulk during peak hours. The burger is good but the waiting time can never justify the quality. Price has increased over the years too. Every few months i came back hoping there is changes but the service only gotten slower. If u cant commit to the time said to customer, then just say earlier, at least we find alternatives. No one is expecting a burger to take so long. Wont be coming...
