Extremely Poor Service and Disgusting
I recently visited with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit was nothing short of disappointing and unpleasant. The restaurant's staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and an alarming disregard for customer service.
Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed several staff members engaged in idle conversations, completely oblivious to the customers waiting in the standby area. Despite my attempts to flag their attention, they seemed more interested in chatting with female customers than attending to their duties. I was left with no choice but to approach the counter and ask for assistance, which should have been readily available.
Even after reaching the counter, the staff's inattentiveness persisted. The cashier had to call out multiple times to get their attention. This level of negligence and indifference towards customers is simply unacceptable.
To make matters worse, while I was eating, I couldn't help but notice some staff members standing idly, seemingly lost in their own world, and engaging in the unhygienic habit of digging blackheads from their faces. It was truly a sight for sore eyes and utterly disgusting. Despite the restaurant's attempt to justify their higher prices with facility upgrades like air conditioning, the level of service and hygiene fell far below my expectations.
The fact that some staff members were openly picking at their blackheads goes beyond the realm of unappetizing. It reflects a severe lack of basic hygiene standards that should be upheld in any food establishment. It is deeply concerning.
I have provided feedback.I hope they take this matter seriously. I feel sorry for those who fail to recognize the severity of such issues and continue to support this establishment. It is my sincere hope that the management addresses these problems promptly and ensures that customers can have a pleasant, hygienic, and satisfactory dining experience in the future.

Read moreI went there today with my family and we ordered Mi hoon goreng,roti goyang,Nescafé via online and there is no option to indicate less sugar so the Nescafé was damn sweet. There is no option in the menu to opt for plain tosai which curry or chutney but we must order with mutton curry. Well some people don't prefer to eat that heavy for breakfast.
I and my daughter tried their Nasi Kandar, the guy recommended their ayam bawang and i took his advise. Once we back to our table I noticed the rice portion for my daughter lesser than mine. The ayam bawang was tasteless, he told it's will be spicy because I prefer the ayam berempah. I can't finish the rice and the chicken. The price was listed at the food place so we okay about it. I took telur ikan as well but again it's was old meaning not fresh. What else we can except more...fine.
The bill came up to RM70 and we paid and step out the shop...while walking we check back the receipt and at the last list it stated nasi tambah RM1.40. I was shocked we never take any nasi tambah and back to the cashier, they told me my rice portion is nasi tambah but I told them I asked for it. Well the cashier keep on telling the rice portion is a lot without checking whether I asked for it or not. We just step out .
