Can be counted as their regular customer. Used to take away, dine in and order via grab/shopee. Never felt dissatisfied with their service. They don't have that "u dont look rich so we dont want to really entertained u" looks. Parking space is quite hard, that area.. but this place itself is very comfortable to dine in, there are two levels. As a frequent Starbucks customer, this outlet is the worst I've patronised. The interior is dated, but that's acceptable. I was actually turned off by the cleanliness. On level 1, used cups and plates are left for hours on the table, and no staff bothers to remove or clean them. We sat there for about two hours and did not see any staff is cleaning the tables.

Compared to other Starbucks outlets, the quality of the beverages is likewise subpar. The frap. is so diluted is like drinking "Milo ais" from mamak stall. The staff, however, is quite robotic, not attentive, and also...
