Very Disappointed – Food Safety Issue

Ordered pizza and drummets from Fino Pizza via Grab on 14/8/2025 afternoon (12pm) to be delivered to my daughter’s school. Unfortunately, the drummets arrived undercooked/raw — a serious health hazard.

I was alerted to the issue when her school teacher called to inform me (14/8/2025, 1.15pm) . Since my daughter was at school canteen without adult supervision, she had already eaten one piece before anyone could check.

I called the restaurant to report the issue (14/8/2025, 1.17pm). They apologized and offered to send a new batch of drummets, but I declined — trust was already broken.

That night (14/8/2025, 8pm), she suffered from food poisoning with severe tummy ache, diarrhea, and nausea. It was an extremely worrying experience for our family.

Serving raw chicken, especially to children, is completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope Fino Pizza takes this incident seriously and improves their food handling practices to prevent harm to others.

Came here three times. Every time with high expectations (based on reviews). But every time left with mixed feelings so let me break it down

5/5 excellent cesar salad, greens, croutons, egg, chicken, everything was just nice

5/5 crispy and thin pizza dough, almost like those you would get in Italy

3/5 toppings are bland and of lower quality (ham and pepperoni). And yes, 'panna' and 'passata' sound fancy and elaborate but I think for the average Malaysian it would be more helpful to just say 'tomato base' and 'cream base'. Missed a bit of Italien herbs on the pizza.

1/5 horrible pasta. Overcooked. The carbonara was full with heavy cream and topped with a soft boiled egg. What an insult and shame for a place that is supposed to serve authentic Italian food. Seriously, you guys either learn how to cook proper pasta or remove it from the menu..

If you're in TTDI might give it a try. If not, don't bother coming. There a lots of other good Italian restaurants in Klang Valley. Actually quite sad since the pizza...

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent visit. I ordered 2 pizzas & fries via Grab (pick-up) and later added an extra pizza. Despite arriving early and waiting patiently, my order took unusually long. Other customers who came in after me received their food first, while I was still waiting.

When I asked the staff, I was told that my order was accidentally given to another customer. By then, I had already waited around 40 minutes. All I received was a quick “sorry,” with no effort from the manager to address the situation. I could see the staff noticing me waiting, yet no one came over to check or update me. Meanwhile, the pizzas and fries I had ordered earlier were already turning soggy, and my kids ended up waiting nearly an hour before they could eat.
