Mamamon — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

My order was received 1 hour late, which actually I order it for my mother and daddy, they should receive it at 7pm, but after so many call been done, finally it been received at 8pm, and to add on, the distant from the shop to my parents' house should be 15mins and the longest should be 30mins. According to the shop, it is driver issues cos delay the delivery. I understand it, but, I can't accept the explanation from the shop mentioned this is not their fault, is driver's issue. How can you say so to me, as a end user, I just know that I order the food from you, and the driver also arranged by you. Than in the end u tell me that not your problem and didn't give me any sincere apologies also. Disappointed service. There wasn't a single dish that was bad. They ran out of burger buns so I requested for sandwich bread instead.

Highlights of the meal:

-smoked duck salad - very tender and moist

spring chicken stuffed with risotto, - the risoto was soooo well done and flavourful. Chicken skin was crispy and flavourful too. angel hair spaghetti with tiger prawn - very flavourful for such a simple pasta.

lemon poppy cheesecake - not too dry and plenty of poppy seeds for that yummy crunch. The lemon was refreshing and perfect to end a heavy meal without being overbearing

and creme brulee - eggy, smooth and nice crispy top....

Food was not tasty and it's not worth for the price.

We have ordered minced pork rice (not tasty at all, sorry to say that you may easily find minced pork at any mixed rice stall taste much better than this)

siu yuk , it's crispy but taste was just okei and portion was really small

crispy pork lard pizza, we had high expectations for this but we ended up very disappointed, how could you named the pizza as crispy pork lard pizza but the pork lard was hard and not crispy at all , the pork lard was not fresh.
