Fortunately we were sitting at the side entrance so the draft air from inside and another wall fan adjacent manage to keep air circulating a little. Lamb Shank sauce was a little watery and very Salty, Lamb meat did not taste "fresh" as it most probably was frozen and thawed before yet that is no excuse for it's off taste. Vegetables were a few measly chopped carrots and green peas pod. There was a delay with the Burger but after some discussion the wait was resolved. Other dishes we had were average and pricier but that is usual i guess for K.L./P.J. prices and quality for bar restaurant food. Like another reviewer said, it needs a renovation to keep the place updated. it has been operating for many years and the age can be seen, it a little run down. Loudspeakers/Music/Live Band was understandly Loud and we were sitting close by outside but it would be nice if it was not so loud so that we can hear and talk among ourselves and the service staff rather than shouting above the noise. The sound blasting for us made the experience of dining and drinking somewhat uncomfortable. Surprisingly though at this point of writing it got 3.8. stars rating out 328 reviews, we had a very good service by the Burmese waitress named Zar Zar. She was efficient, ever ready most of the time, quick on her feet and polite. 4.5 stars for her service. It has been a long time since we had seen such motivated, hard working, service oriented and customer focused as it should be. Totally worth the value of the 10% service charge on the bill. Was little bit upset with the services provided: Visual of beer set "happy hour till late" was a fake info as the description is 12 MUGS and what came was lesser than 330ml. No indication of single mug info as well although we requested. we tried to request to change to set after we placed for 4 glass of Guinness as the side was smaller than 330ml. the request was turn down and new restaurant manager mentioned that their staff will need to take up the cost if they change to set for us. The new restaurant manager then keep emphasizing he is new and they are changing menu. He said he has tried but he can't do anything to help us. It was also very weird to have manager...

We went there today 27th June 2024, around 4pm we ordered the 12 set Heineken draft beer, beer was very stale & too bitter almost to spoilt taste , call manager don't want to come & see., after few times then only he came, he said beer nothing wrong, we ask the remaining the set to be changed to Tiger beer set which is RM 10 lower per set also don't want to change, where is the customer service??? Answer also very arrogant, it's OK you lost 2 customer today in future you will lose more, we paid the bill & left, I guess the name of the bar is what they have inside as well...
