A high quality choice cut of meat, with the right chef, who maintained the integrity of that richness farm to table flavour. The pork fat was as flavorful as duck fat but thin enough to compliment the pork without over powering the elegant truffle butter that kept the pork moist to the last bite of the generous portion. Followed by the side of herbs and cream to refresh the mouth for the next bite.

The wine "Carlos Morro" Fruity smell with lightly dry after taste, well balanced by the crisp tone of alcohol - known for this Spanish wine.

The staffs, especially Evelyn, really know their stuff and are super friendly. I had a great chat with her and got some cool info about their wine collection. Her suggestions for red and white wines were spot on, and paired perfectly with their amazing house dessert—the decadent chocolate lava cake with orange liqueur, which was just top-notch.
