WORST BREWHOUSE I HAVE BEEN TO IN TERMS OF SERVICE!!!

seems like the manager drunk earlier by evening. I have been here for third time recently after a very long time, but shall be my last time coming here for sure! All while i've been there with my friends, I see the manager drunk including 2 female staff (short-petite), 1 most probably floor leader, was wearing black shirt, seems tipsy or drunk too. the two female keeps running and playing around like small kids rather than taking care of customers who've been raising their hand for service. also keeps missing very often. the other leader, who seems too old for being a service crew & wearing black shirt too, has even worse attitude problem. seems to be taking care of customers who he knows, rest customers he keeps ignoring and talk on different tone.

In terms of food, better than other brewhouse we keep going to, but service, WORST!! Not sure what happened to previous manager, but I think the service was wayyy better before when I used to be one of the regulars at this brewhouse. Sad to see such a peaceful neighbourhood brewhouse is ran by clowns. Upper management should look into this matter and...

We were a table with 8 people , so there were double of certain dishes . In the beginning the waiter might have been confused , nvm when the orde receipt came I checked to make sure all was correct . But we had ordered 1 of a certain dish and 2 of another dish . I had caught the mistake immediately so that they fix it before it started to be made , told the waiter and he mumbled something . But did not change the error for our dish , so I called for another staff . Finally fixed it , the original waiter took the wrong food receipt and threw it on our table and was being visibly agitated during the time we were there , shoving things around

When it came time to pay , we spot the initial mistake and the total bill was more expensive . Then the waiter told us that both dishes are the same price ( which they weren't) and also said all the lunch dishes were all the same price ???

Brewhouse , please teach your staff some manners and patience . Feels very unsafe to eat there again

I've tried several dishes, and everything has been delicious, with a few exceeding expectations. Expect bigger crowds on Friday and Saturday nights, with a more relaxed atmosphere during the week.
