McDonald's Leisure Mall Cheras — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

I just want to highlight regarding the drive-in service. You all clearly know it is not a potential place to do a drive-in due to the limited space. Even the drive-in pathway is actually the former drop-off for leisure mall customers. So you can imagine how compact the place is that only 3 cars can literally queue, the rest will block the road and result in traffic 😌 drive-in uses employee instead of ordering on kiosk. I pity the staff during the sunny and rainy days, carrying their tablet around while attaching pouch for cash on their waist. Its too dangerous. And the staff ran back n forth from cashier/counter to the car. Im so scared if he'll trip and hurt himself because at the end of the day he needs to payback, not MCD. I've no idea why management still greedy for sales when its clearly not a potential place for drive-in/drive thru. Just maintain your dine-in first then can...

It does not have an ordering kiosk to order food. We need to queue at the cashier's cause pack and hard to walk in restaurant. The mcd drive thru is beside the waiting area for shopping malls and only allows only 2 cars to queue. It does not have a machine for drive thru to order. We need to wait for staff to come out of the restaurant to order the food then walk in to prepare food and walk out again to give your food. It makes it slow and delay for the drive thru. If large amount in drive thru will cause traffic jam on the road. This feel unfair for the driver who needs to pass through the road but without buy mcd will need to wait for them to prepare meal for the driver in front. Please add on ordering kiosk to the restaurant...

I am a person with a good amount of patience. I could tolerate with delays in servings. But today on the 9th of July 2022, I walked into this shop to have my lunch. There were alot of pretty Muslim lady's working there,but they're service are not as pretty as them. I stood there at the counter for about 5 minutes. A lady came and tapped something on the screen without even asking me about my order. I stood there politely saying " excuse me, i would like to make my order" but every staff ignored me. And I just left. They looked so occupied and busy, I can understand that, but do not ignore the customers yea? I hope the manager take note on this. This is not how you treat hungry customers alright....
