Best Vietnamese restaurant so far! One of these is Pho Vietz which I was blown away on how great their not so a salad dish but still kind of salad. This Bun or Rice Vermicelli dish in Vietnamese cuisine way, Spring Roll and Lemongrass Pork Chop with Vermicelli.
The dish is like a marriage of fresh herbs, fresh vegetables, pickled vegetables, with meat, and crunchy peanut, springy vermicelli are the flavour bomb! Together with their special crispy spring rolls! It comes with a sweet and tangy sauce to pour it over. Indeed a fresh, sweet, savoury, tangy dish and a lovely ones. I personally really love the mint leaves on my mouth together with other ingredients, so satisfying!
Super recommended to try!
Recently, I also tried their out their Vietnamese Baguette with Grilled Pork Patties. This was actually good and fulfilling! Pho Vietz's version of Vietnamese Baguette was lovely. The nicely crust welcomed me with the flavours explosion of savoury, sweet, and fresh taste together with the different texture from crispy, soft, a bit of chewy, to the crunch of pickled vegetables and coriander. The juicy and flavoursome Grilled Pork Patties was nicely marinated with a sweet-savoury taste as well as the spread of pork pate that really compliment the Banh Mi with its other ingredients. It was so satisfying, and I'm loving it. The Banh Mi left me the delightful aftertaste in my mouth.

VIETNAMESE BAGUETTE WITH GRILLED PORK PATTIES. This was the best Vietnamese sandwich. The baguette was crispy with the right chewy texture. The grilled pork was flavourful and had a very nice char taste to it. The vegetables were not overpowering the taste of the meat.
TIGER PRAWN ROLL. Light and thin rice wrap with thick fresh prawns warpped in fresh vegetables. It tastes even better when dipped into the peanut sauce.
VIETNAMESE SPRING ROLL. Super crispy and light fried spring rolls. Great for appetizers as the sour spicy sauce makes you want to eat the next meal.
4 BEEF COMBO NOODLE SOUP. The taste reminded me of Vietnam. The beef broth was very flavourful. The noodles were silky and soft with a nice chew. There were 4 different types of beef: Australian beef slice, beef shank, beef brisket and beef ball.
LEMONGRASS PORK WITH VERMICELLI. The grilled pork was really flavourful and went really well with the sour and spicy vermicelli on the bottom. It was such a large serving yet you'll crave for more.
VIETNAMESE COFFEE. If you're a coffee lover, you can't miss out on this! The Vietnamese coffee will surely wake you up.
Overall the best Vietnamese food in KL. The service was quick and the staffs were really friendly and helpful. There's plenty of seating and price is...
Read moreVery good! Better than An Viet, another Vietnamese restaurant in the Gardens. A big clap for a well-made menu that explains each dish so interestingly.
Although the appetizers are rather overpriced, the main courses are very reasonably priced.
The 4-beef pho (RM21.90) I ate was wonderful. The soup was aromatic and tasteful with lots of herb. I personally like pho with lots of tomato and onion in the soup. This one doesn't have those but taste good nonetheless. The quality of the beef was good as well. They use Australian beef. With the thinly sliced beef being cooked just right, it's well-done but still soft in texture. Most importantly, the portion was so big that I could ask for half of the bowl to be taken away. (Guys probably can finish it in one go though) Anyway, they didn't charge anything extra for take away. Definitely a place that I will visit again soon!!!
However, I personally think that the service should be improved. In general they are ok. But for a restaurant that openly charge 10% for service charge, I expected more attentive service. Maybe it's because the restaurant just open quite recently, the staffs...
