Pizza Hut you really need to do something with your outlet in Taman Maluri. Went there twice, First visit: My food was only served after nearly an hour of waiting. While I was making my payment, I overheard a customer politely raising a concern about the aircond not being turned on. It was indeed very warm inside. What shocked me was the response from one of your staff, instead of addressing the concern, she smiled sarcastically, exchanged glances with her colleagues, and ignored the customer entirely, even when he repeated himself. Her behaviou came across as very dismissive and unprofessional. Second visit: I approached the counter to place a takeaway order but found no one there. After waiting, I walked to the back and saw a staff member (a Malay lady) resting behind the bench in front of the kitchen. I’m unsure if it was her break time, but instead of acknowledging me or calling other colleagues for help, she just stared at me, waiting for me to speak first. Eventually, she came to the counter and asked “Nak order apa?” in a tone that didn’t feel welcoming. While not directly rude, her body language and tone clearly showed reluctance or dissatisfaction.
I completely understand that staffing issues may happen and that staff may need rest, but the way customers are made to feel—especially being treated as a bother—is something that needs to be addressed. She couldve just told me that she was resting n ask for others help its fine.
On a positive note, I would like to commend an Indian lady staff member who served me on both visits—her attitude was consistently good and professional.
Please look into this and consider retraining certain staff on basic customer service and attitude. Also, I hope efforts can be made to reduce waiting times for orders.

Read more💥💥💥NOT RECOMMENDED 💥💥💥 I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut outlet today — a far cry from how it used to be.
Upon entering, I saw a staff member lying down and resting on the customer waiting bench, which already felt unprofessional. Upstairs in the dining area, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to enjoy the meal. We had to sit near the staircase just to avoid the worst of it.
Although the table was set, many of the utensils were visibly dirty with food residue and grease. The tables and chairs were also sticky and clearly not cleaned. Some chairs were damaged, and there was food on the floor. Despite being the only customers, our food took unusually long to arrive.
To top it off, the staff at the counter had an unfriendly attitude when it was time to pay. I later checked online reviews and realized poor service has been an ongoing issue here. Even though the Pizza Hut owner has responded to reviews, no real improvements seem to have been made.

The restaurant was unclean, with tables left uncleared from previous customers.
The staff were inattentive, busy using their phones and chatting instead of addressing these issues.
Utensils were dirty, and there was no soap available at the handwashing area.
The chili sauce bottles were empty, and we had to request a new one, which was still sealed in plastic.
The pizza was undercooked, and the bread was doughy. This seemed to be a recurring issue, as we noticed leftover pizza on many tables.
We also ordered curly fries (a new menu item), but were told they were out of stock.
When we complained to the manager, they did not apologize or make any attempt to address the problems.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, both in terms of food quality and customer service. I hope Pizza Hut takes these complaints seriously and improves...
