Positive Observations:

• The food was great, and the price was reasonable considering its location in KL. • The staff provided great assistance with table arrangements done in advance (last night). • The staff were very helpful in accommodating all our other requests. • Dedicated parking lots were available for speaker guests.

Suggestions for Consideration:

• The dessert presentation was inconsistent, with some were served in large bowls, while others were given in nicely sized small bowls. Not sure if it was meant to be that way. • During lunch, the watermelon juice was served a bit late and was only brought up after request

We arrived roughly 15-20 minutes to this restaurant. The waiters were hardly to find and we have to call their attention many times. They didn't prepare our plates, utensils, and water in between the minutes we sat there. However, when the group of people arrived, they immediately catered those people and prepared their plates, glasses, utensils, and water. Extremely terrible customer service we experienced tonight. Bought 2 Chicken Tikka. Instructions were One fully cooked and the other 90% cooked.

Both the Chicken were hardly cooked and Raw with spicy Masala taste only.

Told my Maid to cook again but as usual Maid's have no clue how to recook again.

If it was cooked Accordingly it would have been Excellent and very Tasty.

The Green yogart chutney was just tasteless and completely Green - 1 Rating.

The Naan was soft and Tasty

Also they forgot to pack Dal, though they were more Workers and no customers at that...
