Me & my family recently had the pleasure of trying some homemade Indian food at Tamil Selvi Restaurant (Brick Field) and it was an absolute delight. The flavors were rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced, just like the kind of food you’d get in an Indian household. Every bite was packed with authenticity, from the fragrant rice to the masala chicken and non vege as well. What stood out the most was the love and care put into each dish. Food was amazing here. Great South Indian food. We ordered an egg roti and onion roti and we had the choice of two side curry's to go with it. The selection of curry's we chicken curry, fish head curry, Dahl curry, dry red curry, biriyani and tandoori chicken piece. We had the chicken curry,Dahl curry and the dry red curry. And also had 2 Chai teas. The total was only 7 rmb which is by far the cheapest meal we have had our entire 7 days in kuala lumpur. This place is fantastic. Basic eatery with outstanding food. We came here every day for breakfast when staying at Alila Bangsar, and can’t recommend it enough. Each day their team gave us a different variation on bread, eggs and gravy (curry).
