Unprofessional Behavior: The staff refused to honor a discount displayed at the payment counter, making it seem like getting the discount required jumping through unnecessary hoops. The staff member was visibly unhappy and spoke to us in a disrespectful tone. We have no problem paying the normal price, but why show and advertise a discount if you don't want to inform and allow your customers to use it?
Lack of Communication: The chicken we wanted was out of stock, and they substituted it with another type of chicken without informing us. We noticed another staff member trying to explain the situation to us, but the original staff member scolded them for attempting to provide an explanation.
Inconsistent Service: We are regular customers, and usually, our meals are served on plates. However, today they served our food in takeaway bowls, which made it difficult to eat. We were dining in the restaurant, not taking our food to go.

I always deal with the senior staff but most of them either resigned or transferred. Customer service is just normal until this new guy came. On 2/4 after work, as usual I went to buy the same salad. He said total is rm23. I told him it should be rm19.10 as It is the same salad I usually buy. He said rm19.10 was a discounted price so I told him no, im not aware of this is a discounted price as nobody told me so since the day one I came.
