I have been a fan of ZARA Clothing ever since more than 10 years now and I spend more than a RM100 monthly on ZARA clothing.I laways been excited whenever I visited any ZARA store and online shopping as well. I love to visit ZARA KLCC and ZARA Pavillion as it is quite convenient for due to the location.
Last night shopping at ZARA was a nighmare and what a such ordeal!!!I felt traumatised and had sleepless night and could't sleep until now. Keep on thinking last night incidence. Really pissed me off, spoiled my mood and my appetite for dinner as well. Ended up no dinner.
A female ZARA employee ( wearing a tudung maybe a supervisor or manager and I couldn't be bothered what post she is holding)accused me of stealing and treated me like I'm a thief!! What the heck!!!! She tailed me the moment I comes out from ZARA store and suddenly blocked my way just next to Mark& Spencer. I was shocked and surprised when said " what is this?? act arrogantly showing the price tag coming out hanging rom my backpack which I didn't realized and I told her I just bought this just now but she demanded the receipt. I quickly search my bag, taking out the clothing and a few things out and lucky I did not left my important belonging on the floor. If lost my important belonging surely today I go there and look for her and make resposible for the lost!!!! but Lucky her!!
When I showed her the receipt, I think she got embarrased a bit ( maybe not) :( and slowly she said 'sorry' but in sincere way and go like that!!! but I did not even look at her face. I was so angry at the time. Earlier on treated me like a thief! I should have slapp her on the face and shout at her but I didn't which I regetted for not doing so. Let the passers by knows that she mistreated and accusing me and let she feel what I feel. I was in a hurry as well. Imagine when you are in a hurrry for hurry then someone stop you!!! some moe in the public...what do you feel.
To ZARA Mangement.... please take this seriously and I would like to demand like how she demanded the receipt from me, please transfer her to other branch not even to Pavillion. i don't want to see her face anymore when i go to to ZARA KLCC and ZARA Pavillion. I feel sick when I see her again and it's like mental toture to me.
If she is a manager or supervisor right now, sorry to say she doesn't...
Read moreWas at your store yesterday( 02-07-2025 around 7.30 pm or a bit earlier . Please teach your male cashier some simple customer service ! He had no smile , was abrupt and not even a simple thank you . Instead it was me and other customers being nice to him . The last straw was when he told a customer “ do you want a bag ? That’s why I ask you and charge you 20 cents “ in a most sarcastic way ! And the customer even said “ sorry “ to him .
On the better side , there was a guy who was taking care of the Fitting Room and he was absolutely polite and had a great sense of humour. If you read your past comments, you as the management can see that there are enough negative responses towards your service standards and you have a problem here . The KLCC branch is frequented by majority of tourists to the country , I was one of them too - please show them the “ true Malaysian hospitality “ that the country is...
Read moreVisit on 14 March around 1-2pm, the staff attitude really disappointed, I requested for new stock, the staff asked me to wait for 30min, I wait for 30 min then the 'new stock' still got stain, then the staff asked me to wait for 30 min again, the staff shows impatient attitude and unwillingly to provide me the new stock during the requests.
During today's visit, I asked the staff whether there's my size available, then she impatiently checked and said Pavilion have, then I asked how about other branch, she is angry and furiously asked me 'WHERE YOU WANT TO GO??, I feel really offended by her attitude.
I hope Zara can look into this matter, Zara is indeed a nice brand but KLCC branch provided a bad shopping experience because of their...
