Continuing the tradition started in the old chow kit market. Now moved into the new market some 30m away, alongside the fruit section of Chow Kit.

The stall is situated on the 1st floor up the flight of stairs. The new market is still very empty with many spaces still not taken up. The food court is split into Halal and non-halal section.

This is the Keling Mui's curry laksa stall from the old Raja Bot food court (now demolished). What a relief that her children has continued her legacy. Her son continued with the original stall after her passing some 5 years ago but decided not to continue at this new place. This is where her daughter decided to step up to ensure that their mother's recipe continues to be enjoyed by current and future fans! I've tried quite a few famous Curry noodles in KL, and this is hands down the best one. Gravy is flavourful, packs enough spice and heat, extremely generous serving of cockles, and the uncle preparing the noodles is extremely friendly and hospitable. As we sat down to eat, he came out to check if it was spicy enough for us, then brought out tissues for us to use as we started slurping our noodles, and finally topped up my gravy when he saw me drinking (and enjoying) the curry.
