This place is absolutely fantastic!! The owner is so passionate and knowledgeable about the food they serve and as others mention, take the time to properly walk you through the menu. Including his own preferences when it comes to which noodles are best with each broth. My husband had the assam and I had the curry. Then we also shared a beef broth without noodles. All were stunning and had such interesting depth of flavour. We also tried the chendol dessert, which was out of this world. Super tasty and such an interesting dish. We liked his sambal kicap so much that we asked to buy a jar. Amazing experience and please do yourself a favour and go here. Oh and the view from this restaurant is beautiful!

This is by far one of the culinary highlights of my vacation to Malaysia. The food is rich in flavor, the owners love what they do and it shows. The broths are delicate, intricate and pack a powerful punch of flavor. The spice level is addictive and the dishes are filling. The eatery was popular with many tables occupied with hungry guests and there were plenty of Grab delivery orders being made. This is the kind of restaurant I imagine Anthony Bourdain would revel in. Definitely visit this spot and enjoy the culinary perfection in its quaint, ultra local setting. You won’t be disappointed!

The restaurant is clean, a little hot but the staff is attentive and switch on the cooler fan. No foul smell. The laksa is tasty. The broth is just nice to my liking. Also try the mee kari. Just nice and the thickness is just right to my liking. Not too thin, not too thick (tak muak). Keep it up! The price wise for 2 laksa, 1 mi kari and 2 drinks for RM27.50/-. Keep it up!!!

Ordered laksa, youngtaufoo and suhun bakso. Laksa taste okay. Edible nothing extraordinary less kick and less gravy too.

Yongtaufu has unpleasant after taste i think the brown sauce was okay but not sure what might has spoiled the whole dish. Dunow if theyve added some soup? Or perhaps the chillies they add? Anyhow we couldnt finish it. What a waste....

Bakso.. had better elsewhere. The soohoon was served as huge clumped in the hot soup. But already feedback to owner and owner was very open to the feedback and has taken it in positive way that it was their mistake. Well mannered and thumbs to the owner.

But the spoon has fully drown inside the bakso soup... well... thats a little a turn off cause u know i know we...

From Australia on holidays and just stumbled across this place. The old saying eat where the locals eat and it was packed on a Friday night. The laska was the best we have had in 7 different countries. Service was excellent 👌. We went for lunch again today and didn't feel like seafood and just asked for tofu laska. Unbelievable. No issues with them making the change. Price was brilliant as well. 19 myr for 2 people. That's 6 aus dollars. Amazingly good value. Very busy with takeaway and grab drivers etc so I could imagine the wait sometimes could be long but the enjoyment of the food and atmosphere will not disappoint. Met the owner and he was very warm...
