Nasi Lemak CT Garden — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

The place a little bit empty. Few smokers around, even the one handling the nasi lemak also smoke. Did not even wash his hand before handling the food. The workers are arrogant. We were standing in front of him but he ignore our existance while inserting earphone maybe listening to music. Theres a lot of side dish or lauk to choose, I tried kari kaki ayam, sambal paru, sambal kerang, sambal telur puyuh, daging rendang, tempe kacang, for me the taste was average, and all of it taste too sweet for my palate, I was disapointed with the sambal kerang. It taste below average, since it my favourite to eat with nasi lemak. The place not that clean. Despite very few customer and many worker just lazing around. If the service was friendly, then maybe I will not this displeased. We took total of 8 nasi lemak with all the side dish I mentioned earlier, 2 teh ais, 2 ais kosong and 2 carrot susu, total RM40. A decent place to hang out until late night with friends or even family. The environment there is not really a comfortable place with air conditioning. More to urban areas like a mamak. Smokers everywhere. The good thing is the food. They serve nasi lemak with condiments such as fried chicken, cow lungs, sambal telur puyu and many more. The service there is very fast. You could take your pack of nasi lemak and pick the condiments and pay right at the counter. The drinks have already been premade so you won't have to worry about waiting too long for the drinks. Ordered though Grabfood apps. The whole family was craving for this specific nasi lemak of this restaurant.

We used to eat it almost every week back in 10-11years back. So yesterday when were talking about nasi lemak, this restaurant came to mind and we decided to order.

Our expectations were not that high, but we are still hoping that at least the taste would be ‘same’ and ‘maintain’. Unfortunately, they aren’t anymore.

The rice was plain, the sambal was too sweet. Maybe they had switched oe changed some recipes or the cook itself. To the owner, please look up to the reviews in the comments. You have repeating customers, which came from a lot of years back.
