First of all, let me clarify one thing for everybody who is looking after looking for booking a room here. This is a large building with multiple units sold out to many people and there are many operators who have bought 8 to 10 units and have hired one person for dealing with them. So if you book with one operator you will have to see their representative at childcare centre at first floor and he will take you to your room. Almost all are the same and no big difference among them.
Given the building itself, it’s 35 story building, at a good location, near train station, and usually clean. I read a lot of comments regarding the lift problem before booking, however, when I stayed here it was perfect. Lift is never busy and is very fast going.
Also regarding the pool I read a few negative comments, however, the pool was functioning now And was clean. However, only one comment I want to make that the Guard who is appointed there is not polite at all and for anything he consider himself boss and will be very rude with you.
I booked your unit with KLCC by azhra, and my state had been wonderful. It was a clean and their representative, Mr. Rahman was very nice, helpful and polite. He was there available for all the help. My room AC was not working well, but when I contacted the owner, he resolved the problem And sent a service team, after which everything was good. The bathroom was very clean, had shampoo, soap available. The bedsheets were clean, although they are old and need to be changed. Same as the chair and the table, they were clean but they are now getting older And need to be replaced.
Overall, I will give a five star to this day, although some minor things and...

The accommodation prominently advertises a year-round usable infinity pool on the rooftop — it’s the main photo, part of every room description, and clearly the key selling point.
In reality, the pool was closed for the entire duration of my stay March 20-25) and, according to my research, had already been closed since March 3, 2025. This means the property was aware of the absence of its main feature prior to my booking, yet continued to advertise it and made it part of the contract.
When I was there, I saw that the pool was unavailable. I proposed a reasonable discount to compensate for this and to allow me to use alternative paid pool options. This request was denied. Instead, I was threatened with eviction if I did not pay the full amount — even though the breach of contract clearly originated from the accommodation. The only “solution” offered was a partial cancellation, which would have forced me to find and move to a new place last-minute, at my own expense and effort — none of which I had agreed to.
The apartment itself was also significantly smaller than stated (around 30 m² instead of the advertised 68 m²) and fairly basic.
The view was really nice, but that doesn’t change the core issue: the property failed to deliver the contractual main feature and responded to a legitimate complaint with pressure instead of goodwill. I cannot...

This was basically a scam. The room looked nothing like the advertisement on Booking.com the host wanted cash payment. The apartment was TINY and not clean, with old sheets/blankets. Furthermore the 'free parking' wasn't free at all!
On finding out that we were getting screwed, we changed our booking to 2 nights from 7. At this point, the host cancelled the booking so we couldn't leave a negative review on booking.com
After this, it got worse, we noticed a rotten mould smell coming from the bathroom. It was so bad that if the door to the bathroom was left open for even a minute, the smell would permeate through the room. There was also signs of mildew/white mould on the floor of the bathroom.
We requested check out after 1 day and the host refused to refund the second night and didn't even refund the parking. So we are out 180MYR and a good few hours wasted of moving to a new accomodation (the Robertson, which is excellent, in case you were thinking of booking).
Communication was poor to boot, with the host sending someone else to communicate with us and hiding behind excuses about his boss when we tried to get our money back.
My advice : Avoid this place...
