I was being left and unattended at your counter for long time waiting right after the female cashier just finished servicing the customer before me. I was suprise about her way to handle customer service but still I was being patient to wait for her to attend me after a while. But my waiting time continued until I voice out for foods ordering. End up she finding so much excuses kept talking nonsense to prove herself reasonable to leave me unattended. Other old staffs do help to apologise about her rude behaviour, but I decided to leave the restaurant after the disappointment and unhappy experience. This is my first time being treated like air and no-one, get the worst customer service experience here after I've pay so many times visits and spending in the restaurant. Read moreNever underestimate the location to judge a food outlet/restaurant. Though it's located at a secluded shoplot-house, this place serve a great taste of vegetarian foods! Wonderful hospitality by this couple; humble and friendly. We went there past the closing hour (about 6pm and their closing hour is at 3pm) and they were having their meal while shutter was half closed. Instead of rejecting us, they invited us in and asked if we were ok with limited selection of foods available as their staff have all went back. We accepted the offer and tried whatever that they can prepare and to our surprises, we were eating while holding our thumbs up. It's like a private dinner with awesome foods being served by private cook. We can't thank them enough for their hospitality! Read morewow, a really unassuming tiny underground shop that sells china vegetarian food. the china ladyboss that took our order is really kind in suggesting their foods. the menu is entirely in chinese so urm yea. its super affordable, and choose anything from their menu, cant really go wrong. their interior is very taiwanese, chill and the seating is so fun too. love their open kitchen, looks like a canteen. you really2 have to dine in, tapau experience is totally diferent, not so fun.
