Not many people for Iftar. Highly recommended RM 8 only for iced Americano + currypuff. Had a great experience at ZUS Coffee Sultan Ismail. MUHAMMAD KHAZIN BIN SUWANDI served me with a genuinely warm and friendly attitude. He greeted me with a smile, was very welcoming, and even thanked me before I left—small gesture, but it really stood out. My first comment after visiting this branch for more than 3 times since opening.

Service on 4/9/2024 @ morning was good, but I would SUGGEST that the staff on duty to be more engaged with the customers, more friendly in professional manner, actively listening to the customer needs & helpful with recommendations related. Maybe it sounds too much, but at least meet those requirements.
