If urban legend is to be believed, this restaurant started as a food stall in Klang town l before making the auspicious move to Kuala Lumpur City. It now has two outlets, one in downtown Chow Kit sub-district and the other in SS2 PJ. I've been to both outlets, and they at least observe minimum standards of cleanliness, although both feels a bit run-down, and do not be surprised if some of the forks are bent, and the plates chipped at the sides. With that said, it's run-down appearance lends to its credibility as a street food, and in that aspect, the food is great! The bakuteh soup strong in herb n many people will like it . The dried bakuteh is nice n to dip in yau Cha Kwai to eat is v tasty. This place since 1979 -40 over years .
