Restoran Delta Chenang Langkawi — Restaurant in Langkawi Island

mmm bare with my experience here.. 🚨if you don't have enough staff, please close your restaurant..

we find this restaurant through Google.. one of the highest rating western food in this area.. BUT SADLY, it is not.. the service is ughhhh.. the staff who served us is OK.. he only do his job..🫂

BUT THE RESTAURANT IS NOT 🚨

it is so sad.. because of the highest review they receive but oh well, we are the unluckiest customer..

so here it goes..

🚨firstly when we arrived there..

🚨we ask to the staff, does this restaurant open? yes

🚨so we seated and received the menus.. the staff inform, scan this qr and order blablabla..

🚨yes.. we go through the menus and directly scan for order.. through the website,and we already pay..

🚨this restaurant highlight as best Western food.. so what do you expect?? we order spaghetti carbonara, fried calamari, spaghetti bolognese, chicken chop..

🚨after a minute staff inform that.. sorry all the orders are not available..

🚨all of this not available with the reason, there's only 1 chef is working..

🚨do you mind inform us before we seated and scan through your menus??

🚨since, we are tired already after our activity throughout the day.. we thought that with this restaurant near the beach and sunset view are just nice for our rest..

🚨but sadly DISAPPOINTED..

🚨patience is our key.. we only want to be happiest customer in Langkawi ok.. 🫂

🚨since we are Malaysian.. so yes we behave as we can.. 😒😒 still i can't imagine that day.. that particular day..ugh.. spoil our mood 😭😭

🚨fyi, we wait for the food more than 30mins

🚨for those asking.. why we proceed order?? because well there's no customer only 4 of us.. we thought the chef can handle 4 dishes.. NO WESTERN JUST A HOMECOOK DISH..

🚨we jokingly want to help the chef.. but will the dish will be free if we cook our own dish? hahahaahahaa

🚨we so sad, the service is BAD..

I really enjoyed my meal in Delta Chenang. It was very delicious and the employees were very friendly and attentive. Pity I’m leaving tomorrow morning otherwise I would definitely come again....
