Absolutely delighted by our dining experience at Pelangi Restaurant on Cenang Beach in Langkawi. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that this establishment exudes elegance. The sharing charcuterie board served as a delightful prelude, offering an array of savory treats that set the tone for the gastronomic journey ahead.

The appetizers, particularly the seafood bouillabaisse tagliatelle, were a harmonious blend of flavors that danced on the palate. I am a guest in this hotel and was very disappointed with the service in Pelangi Grill. I wanted to have some food so i went there at 8.20pm today, and I called the waiter for order like 4 times. Unfortunately, the waiter and the next waiter and the next waiter passed the message along to the PIC. Understand those waiters are not eligible to take orders except to serve food/drinks. But the message was passed 4 times while i waited patiently. More awesome is that PIC acknowledged and yet she decided to serve the drinks over to the other guests. Why do you need to serve it when you have soooo many waiters (which they are unable to take orders). The one at the cashier counter stood there and only there. Understand its a peak season, but I think you should not forget to also serve your locals as well, not just foreign guests which i witnessed myself. Highly appreciate if the management relook into this....

Great spot to enjoy the sound of the sea waves, sunset view and aeroplane spotting. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

Had dinner on two separate occasions during the stay at the resort. Service standards not consistent — different serving crew on different days. One day the staffs are warm and welcoming, another day the staffs are serving in some sort of unhappy way. 😐

Food is okay decent. There is also kids friendly menu. Portion is big, enough for sharing. There is also live singing till late. Really enjoyable experience!

Overall, decent experience. If only the service standards can be consistent...
