Absolutely love the experience at BaWangChaJi Mahkota Parade! The store is beautifully designed with a modern yet oriental feel — clean, calm, and inviting. Perfect spot to relax after a day of shopping.I ordered their popular White Peach Oolong, and it was incredibly refreshing! The tea had a natural floral aroma with just the right touch of sweetness — very light and smooth. I also tried the BoYa JueXian (Jasmine Green Milk Tea) which had a strong tea fragrance balanced perfectly with creamy milk. You can really taste the quality of their brewed tea — it’s not artificial or overly sugary like many typical bubble teas. What stood out the most was their excellent service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, patiently explaining the menu and helping me choose the right drink based on my preferences. I also appreciate how they allow customizations like sugar level and ice.The takeaway packaging is top-notch too — elegant and functional. Even after bringing the drink home, it was still cold and fresh.Although it’s slightly pricier (around RM14–18), the quality, flavor, and overall experience totally justify the cost. Hi. I would like to complain about this woman. I went to chagee to order a drink. After i queue, i went to the counter, i asked nicely i would like to order a watermelon jasmine tea, and then this woman raised her voice to me !!! She responded with the rude tone that they were out of it. The respond i received was unnecessary as i was polite to begin with. She disrespect me as a customer. This is the fourth time has happened to me, with that same person. She was always rude in every way, even towards her colleague, she scolded them in front of everyone instrad of comforting privately, very unproffessional. This behaviour may chase away customer. Had a bad experience with the staff. Not trying to sound racist, but the Chinese staff seriously lacked customer service skills—spoke rudely, no eye contact, and had an overall dismissive attitude. There was an auntie in front of me who politely asked for a recommendation as a first-timer, and instead of answering nicely, the staff just sighed and told her to read the menu for best sellers—without even looking at her. So unnecessary. Really can’t stand arrogant staff like this. The Malay staff before this were way better, always explaining things properly.
