Aside from the vintage premise, it was one of the worst experience for our entourage of 30ppl (all locals) as far as their nyonya dishes is concern. Taste is not even close to average having tried nyonya cuisine on many occassions in other nyonya restaurants when my family visited Melaka. Actually I thought they were closed for business for the night as there were limited orders we can picked from their menu. It was only 7.30pm in the evening ? Or our local tour guide was trying to fleece us by requesting her (not sure the same lady) to open for business since we were a large group. It was only us inside the restaurant. We wanted to select our own restaurant since it was not part of the itinerary & an impromptu request by our group but tour guide insisted he has chosen the best. Btw, the tour guide name was "Ah Fook"... that what he told us.
