This restaurant which is located in the MIA (Malaysian Indian Association) on Jalan Parameswara, Melaka serves absolutely authentic Mughal or Sri Lankan food with some North Indian options as well. The staff here are friendly and attentive. The ambiance is absolutely magnificent. Quite spacious dining area with additional event rooms/areas as well. RECOMMENDED TO TRY : Chicken briyani served with the most succulent and tender chicken thigh, cooked to perfection with moist biryani rice served with a cooling raitha and delicious fried onion condiments - it was finger licking good), chicken haryali tikka or chicken tandoori (chicken marinated and roasted in tandoor oven, meat is juicy and tender), prawns (I tried sothi - beautiful coconut gravy which was out of this World, accompanied with fresh prawns which were butterflied well). Others which was recommended was the chicken tikka masala, Mutton Rogan Josh, Negombo crab curry and Lamprais. Wash it all down with lassi or lemon soda. PRICING : Reasonable for the authentic cuisine...

If you're looking for an authentic Indian dining experience in Malacca, Ola Malaka is a must-visit! From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting aroma of spices set the perfect mood for a great meal.

The naan bread here is absolutely fantastic, especially the cheese naan—perfectly tender, soft, and oozing with cheesy goodness. Pairing it with their flavorful curries made it even better. The rice dishes were cooked to perfection, with each grain infused with rich spices, and the meat was incredibly tender and juicy, bursting with flavor in every bite.

To top it off, the beverages were refreshing and complemented the meal beautifully. Whether you're having a classic mango lassi or a hot masala tea, you'll find the perfect drink to enhance your dining experience.

Ola Malaka truly delivers in terms of quality, taste, and atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious Indian...

Food was so sooooo good. Must try the naan - first time I tasted a naan with such good texture, non greasy at all with nice chewy texture like sourdough.

Food cook fresh with just nice touch on the tip of the taste, most importantly not oily. Can really feel the food cook with passion wholeheartedly. The curry fish is superb...

O couldn't recommend enough on how good the food here. U got to come to try yourself ya😊

We wanted to come for dinner yesterday but they were closed for private function. It's our 2nd visit here since the last trip 5 months ago.

We were too hungry till forgot to take the food pic this round. Great value for money!!

Also to the staffs here - the senior uncle and the wait staffs - super friendly, polite & professional. Keep up the great work ya!!!

See you again in...

A newly opened restaurant that serves North Indian cuisines. Less than a week old. Very nice ambience with spacious seating arrangements. Clean surroundings and lots of breathing space. The table for 2 can be slightly bigger, but I generally loved the overall arrangement. The servers are very courteous and efficient. They were prompt and gave service with a smile. The waiting time for food is not long. The food's taste is great. They are planning to add the Sri Lankan dishes within a month. There is a big area for major events (can hold 300-400 pax) and a conference room which can cater for small group meetings. Parking is ample and free. Payment can be made by QR, card, and cash.
