Nadeje @Jaya 99 — Restaurant in Malacca

If I can rate their service a zero, I would. Please train your workers to be human and have common sense. This was on 10th of December 2023. I reached at 11:50 am which I am well aware the restaurant opens in 10 mins. There were two workers, a female and male. I look in and saw the female worker, she look extremely irritated and pointed at the opening hours, I tried to tell her from outside I will wait and I just want to pack a cake. She refuse to open the door and just storm away to the cashier. The male worker just stood there while I waited outside the restaurant. I don’t usually post nasty reviews like this, but I really felt very upset. We travel far and I wanted to get your cake, the other branch was in town. I was willing to wait that 10 mins but workers were mean and inconsiderate. I am understanding that maybe the system only operates at 12pm when the restaurant opens, but I was only 10 minutes early, I could have waited if the WORKERS explained to me or at least let me sit in. I want to emphasise that I am not asking for the restaurant to open early for me. I could have waited. I really dissatisfied with the food quality here. The cake taste ok but for the food is really way too bad. First, I order the apple juice drink without a straw, that's ok they might be careless. But then for the food quality is worse as you can see the third photo, where there is a rolled up tissue umder my chicken? That's doesn't make any sense at all. Then all I can taste the chicken is just only skin where you can see there is NO meat inside. The rice is hard like left there for few days. It is hard for me to chew the rice or even use the spoon. My friend had the spaghetti was undercooked. She was barely bit the spaghetti, and the sauce of the spaghetti taste really bad, we all really lost our appetite. Just went there at 7.40pm on 26th February 2024. There was a Chinese girl and a Malay girl at the counter/in front of the fridge, the Chinese girl has no manner or I would say she has very bad attitude. She ignored us until I call her and she was like not willing to talk to us while we asked some questions about how long the cake can keep and what’s the favourite of something written with Melaka. Until we decided what to order and she just pretended like not listening but the Malay girl came to us. I would give only one star but at least the Malay girl has very good attitude. I hope the owner can take attention of this matter. It is a nice place but unfortunately with such a bad attitude...
