Starbucks - The Shore — Restaurant in Malacca

Dont want to comment about the place, the place is just as fine as other starbucks. However i would like to comment on the staff’s attitudes there. Not friendly at all!! I was surprised to see these behaviour of starbucks worker as from my experience, other workers from other starbucks places I’ve been were very friendly and welcoming. So i thought Starbucks teach their workers to always be freindly with the customers but not in this strbucks.

A staff name “Fatihah” raised her voice at me saying “jap sabar, satu satu dulu” after i told her the list of drinks I’d like to order. She could have said in a polite tone, but instead she sounded annoyed with me.

There was another staff as well, but i couldn’t catch her name, but she was not friendly too.you could see by the way she talks to customers, u can hear it from her tone and her ,behaviour and im not exaggerating. She’s wearing spectacles and petite. However the other staff which is a man, the beverage maker, is friendly. Kudos to him for still maintaining Starbucks reputation which provides friendly customer service.

I hope the manager of this Starbucks takes note on...

It goods place to make a casual meeting discussion point but the enviroment & decoration that outlet need to imporved just like Kota Laksamana DT, Dataran Pahlawan DT which more too studio looks not like a simple cheap cafe. At the same time this outlet also is The 2nd Starbuck Coffee house at Melaka with have serve meals should be provide all the item as show on menu. So from that, people have more choices to select what meals their want and at the same time it will increase outlet sales. For customer service, so far i can say Nice & Friendly. For the food, so great and delicious but just like i mention need to improve stock.. Whatever is i like hang out here at weekdays because this here in weekdays not too busy just like others outlet, so you can enjoy and relex with...

A pretty standard Starbucks outlet in a shopping mall. Location and view is nothing special. The mall feels not very much alive, with many stores closed. Plenty of seating options, friendly stuff, plugs available, WiFi as well (upon cumbersome registration).

Their loyalty program is for Malaysia only, so if you're an international visitor with an App store from a different country, you won't be able to use it.
