BAD COUSTEMER SERVICE😢

we was use to to buy working stuff@Tangs the shore,after long time never visit,,, Today me and hubby decide to buy some presents for our father birthday here..

Start rounding at Tangs from 1st flour until men area,, what really surprised me,, i really difficult to see,, working staff overthere,, from 1 stall to another brand no one attend us,, 5 items we bought from there we do our self service From find the size ,,find the colour and patern what we want, we do self services,because no one attend us....

Continue walk to MILANO products area 1 young boy with black uniform passing in front of us,,, because i hv stuck and difficult to find size and colors from the follow we want, i decide to stop him and ask him... But his answer (i dont know its not my counter,) he not event help us to find staff who have responsibility to take care that MILANO BRAND🤔that really dsapointed me

Im work as coustemer services to, and that was my very bad experience...

First impression was wow, our room was great, modern aesthetic, clean, what’s not to like. Our airbnb manager Thermospace was probably responsible for the cleanliness. The building was modern too and surrounded by greenery and some decorations kids and adults would enjoy.

It quickly went downhill from there. Our experience with the lift was absolutely abysmal. Just as all the reviews said, waiting for the lift was maddening. Be ready to wait 30 minutes to an hour just to go to the pool or escape your floor.

You’ll quickly want to get out of this nightmare after a couple days with this lift. Don’t even hope you’ll reach on time to whatever you planned.

The noisy kids at the pool area were like ants on a weekend, generated so much sound it penetrated the walls. It was like a public swimming pool in a school. It’s uncomfortable to swim there.

Terrible service, very dirty, dusty ,unkempt, waited waaaay past our check in time (they said 4 pm instead of 12 but it was more than that) to get into our room. The rooms are so old and musty, the linens and sheets are so dirty with blood and spit stains on it. The sink is leaking, the walls are covered in mold. Disgusting. Apparently there is only one cleaner, who did a terrible job. Why are the owners so stingy to only have one cleaner and even then it’s not a professional one. This is the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in, I will never come back here. Don’t waste your money on this place. It’s a scam. It’s a pity because the location is perfect and the view is gorgeous. Just the entire management and maintenance is s**t. The place literally looks...
