What is the purpose of advertising/ marketing Rahmah food when you only serve before 10am or after 3pm??? One reason to go there was Rahmah food for kids as otherwise all food is expensive or super expensive with below par excellence on food quality. Imagine ordering Nasi Lemak with chicken for RM 21 + drink for RM 6/7 and that too for kids aged 4-7 years.... The kids menu is so pathetic that they don't like any of the 2 options there. And what's it with barcode scanning , spending 20mins to find your dishes to order online. People go to restaurants not to meet robots but to socialize and interact with serving staff/ cashier. Barcode scanning/ online ordering for dine -in can be an option for few but can't be forced upon each and every customer irrespective of their age/background and comfort level to scan QR code for ordering. Ridiculous and so cringe-worthy!!! Used to love this place in good old days and have many a fond memories of various OTWC outlets but guess post today's experience, visit to any OTWC would be our last option. If they continue in this manner, this chain could face same consequences/challenges of Papa Rich which has shut down almost all it's branches.

The coffee were just like those served at Hainan shops. Thick and bitter.. the foods are major letdown. They use to serves tasty hor fun, nice curry noodles and good roti bakar but that was history. I was a fan of OWC back in 2005 . It becomes my favourite place to eat iconic Ipoh foods. After being a regular there, I skipped for quite a number of years,since I was away. Try returning back but it was not the same as last year I was at Cheng's branch. Ordered few of my favourite dish but fail to fulfill my taste buds. Skipped another one and a half years for this one. Gosh , don't know what happened to them. Tasted the lousiest version of tasteless food and have to pay dearly.. I try to be as frank as possible. I don't feel like going to eat at any of the restaurant.. they never...
