Beware of the lady cashier during bill payment. Very dishonest. Occured to me on 29 oct around 10am when i went to pay the bill for my meal. Total bill was rm109.75, i paid 200 and was given a change of 80.25. She did not provide a receipt after payment also. Went back and check with her she said the bill was 119 which i doubt and i went back again to ask her to give me the receipt. I remembered clearly the bill was 109.75 when i was dining and i saw the final amount. End up she tried to key in the system for around 5minutes which i dont understand why as the receipt is just beside the cashier which clearly indicate 109.75rm. Then another staff came and she give me back rm10 more which should be the correct change 90.25rm. Its not about rm10, its about integrity and providing correct change and a receipt after bill payment. Always double check when making payment in...
Read moreBad experience, came at around 1am. Had a high expectation of Lenu noodles as it's a branded chain with presence is Singapore which I had eaten before and it was nice. The food here is also not cheap and similar to Singapore price however the standard was a total turn off. The porridge came lukewarm. The pork chilli wanton with vinaigrette was a disaster, it was totally different taste to what you usually eat in Singapore and Johor, the whole bowl of noodles was just purely Mala numbness to your tongue and mouth, it doesn't even have any other taste or the usual taste other than just Mala and they topped with a huge amount of chilli oil at the bottom of the noodle, the pork wanton honestly doesn't even have the pork wanton taste other than mala which I have no idea what went wrong with this dish here, literally they just cook it in mala sauce and a whole load of mala...
Read moreThe beef broth noodles is always the best despite how many times and how many years I have been eating. The beef broth is thick enough to satisfy my cravings, wanting more with every sip. Beef tendon, beef brisket and the US beef combination in this noodles are tender. Just cooked to near perfection.
As for the prawn porridge congee, it’s a little disappointing due to the prawn having slight sour taste. Probably not as fresh as it should have been. Mixed with yoo tiao is the must combination with every mouthful of congee. The congee is just so smooth.
As for the fish fillet in pork soup, the fish is cooked just nice. Easily disintegrate into small slices in your mouth with some tongue twist. The pork broth is rich and thick. Not wanting to waste every single drop.
Will definitely visit again each time coming...
