The factor I loved about dining at this branch is the 'open air' feel you have. This pseudo al fresco feel you have give a different vibe to dining that I find enjoyable.
As far as food goes, it's above averagely good. Both the salmon and unagi roll were well made, tasty and had a good mix of ingredients with varying textures. The temaki and salmon fried rice was average though, nothing to shout about. And the ebi tempura had a bit too much batter comparative to the prawn. Fortunately the batter was crunchy and deliciously fried.
The revelation is their saba/ mackerel. This is perfectly cooked. The meat is soft and juicy. That it comes steaming hot is a huge enjoyable bonus. The taste is fresh and clean, with minimal condiments necessary. I strongly urge you to try this when you come.
