My friends and I were 6 of us went for a lunch on 26th March. It has been a few days but until today we are still unsatisfied with it. First, when we were about to order burgers but they told us when we wanted to order it. Hence it took us another 10 minutes to make another order. Second, the food was COLD. I ordered a soup and my friends ordered some set meal served with chops. EVERRYTHING was COLD. You might question that why don't we ask them to reserve it. We were there for a meal so we don't wish to ruin it and don't waste the food. Third, after the payment, we told the waiter to clean up the table so that we can take nice pictures. Guess what did he do? He stood right beside us and showed his face like we were there for not paying and he was forced to work. Excuse me, according to the bil, we did to pay the service tax. Hence they should serve politely, HE WAS SO RUDE.
I really hope that Nando's restaurant in Sunway Carnival Mall will do some improvement according to the issues that i have mentioned above. Not to say it again, THEY RUINED OUR DAY. It has been a long time for us not to have meal together and THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE WE...
Read moreDon't know what is the function of the outlet manager. This is my second time bad experience with him. Brought my toddler in stroller with my husband, the restaurant was little packed with customers, but there are empty space to occupyt is cramped, we were puzzled to find a proper spot, found a table, but the floor was messed with rice and tables were dirty. The manager was right infront of us, but just starring at us and don't bother to even ask us to wait get the place cleaned. Not even a staff from the shop greeted us. Somehow we found another spot, folded our stroller and be seated. I don't what kind of customer service nandos has been been taught their staff. And also not sure whether it's because we are indians, since i see the other race customers well served by the staffs. We are here for not free meal. We are paying and eating and paying for your service as well. We deserve to be treated in a proper manner. Not like street dogs....

I want to ask but a female malay staff yg kecik2 pass by total 4 times and nothing to do lepas tu buat2 busy. i even said 2 times “ EXCUSE ME” , she act like i am transparent , didn't see me izit? Even she came to serve the table paling dekat sekali dgn entrance pun still tak nampak i? Then i went into the restaurant and show the female malay staff who act like cannot see me and show her my order and ask her pick up this order still have to wait how long? Then i walk bck to the entrance and wait but She still tak layan me. Please ask ur staff to check her eyesight, i think she is blind. In the end a male TRAINEE who come and ask me and double check my order. I am ok with waiting, but Wasting people time for waiting like this...
