Kafe Yoon Wah — Restaurant in Perak

In this restaurant, which consists of two restaurants ("Kafe Yoon Wah" and "Kafe Sun Yoon Wah"), several transactions are apparently carried out per table and guest. The waiters who take drink orders then go to an elderly lady and pay there. They then go into the restaurant, get the drinks and serve them. The guest must then pay for them immediately in cash to the waiter. It is not understandable why the guest has to pay a surcharge here. The waiters are not friendly and unfortunately you feel very ripped off. The cutlery was cheap and all the forks were bent. Napkins/ tissues cost extra, which is absurd for finger food. The served noodles with pork had two pieces of meat and the remaining pieces were bones with no meat at all. Absolutely...

If you are from Ipoh, stay away from this place. They charge you tourist price. A normal dinner for four of us with Ikan Siakap (M) tiga rasa, pork sweet & sour(M) , baby kailan(M), lala and fried egg both Medium size cost us RM190.00

They don't a accept card. Limited choice of e wallet. The worst, normally in a Chinese restaurants, we will pay after finishing the dinner. Here, they harrest for payment while I was enjoying my dinner.

Once they show me the bill, I almost faint and lost my appetite. Since they don't have my brand of e wallet, I have stop eating and do a bank transfer. Then after they came after me again while eating for the bank transfer receipt. The worst Mother's...

I have been here a few times. It was all ok. Because i didn't have to deal with the staff. This time i had to deal with the staff. Very unfriendly. They ask me what i wanted to drink. I wanted water. Suddenly not so friendly anymore. I guess the staff get commission for the beers that they sell to the customers. And that is all good. Everyone should earn money. But if a customer just wants to eat and doesn't want to drink. The customer deserves the same friendly service as the customers who drink beers. So the staff gets a zero for customer service. So my advice is if you want to drink beer. The staff will smile at you. If you don't drink beers....
