Every time I think of having silky tau fu fah in Ipoh, the first thought will be Funny Mountain shop. And it is always the crazy long queue, that "forget it".
This time, stumbled upon SanSui Tau Fu Far shop situated at a not so famous location. But its at better location - empty stomach filled up first with tff 🤣
We tried the basic, with gula melaka and pandan syrup. 😋😋😋
Got tau fu far, soy milk drink, cendol, ABC, in your favorite gula melaka, pandan, coconut milk syrup.
Finally had the chance to saviour Ipoh silky soy milk desserts. Yeah, promoting this shop. 😆

I did see them pouring the condensed milk into a container but never expected them to put it in the cendol mix 🤔. When one of the lady came to us to serve the cendols, I asked her about it and adamantly she denied putting condensed can milk in the cendol. She came back to the counter and told her friend about it, which makes her turn and look at us cynically. Read moreIpoh has always been popular with Soya Bean Drink and Tau Fu Fah and in my recent trip, we decided to check out this Tai Soo Ipoh Famous Tau Fu Fah and I guess is good.
Unlike Funny Mountain which is located a street away, the Tai Soo Ipoh Famous Tau Fu Fah and Soya Bean Drink is not as sweet as that you find at Funny Mountain, and the taste of pandan in the syrup is not as strong, thus bringing out the taste of soya slightly more.
I would say I like it .. but then most of Tau Fu Fah and Soya Bean Drink in Ipoh are simply amazing.
