Staffs are not really welcoming. When a menu in the listing is not available, or sold out already, please say at least sorry first, and not simply habis...habis and habis...or you may inform the customer earlier when giving the list of menu on the table. I hate it when we are still eating the staff rushingly want to clean the table. I have my 2 y/o still finishing her chicken and you know right small kid may take time to finish their meals. The staff coming to clean whilw we are still at the table as if asking us to leave quickly. If you want to do the cleaning at 9.40/9.45, then please state the operation time to end at 9.40. Or if the staff really want to go back early thats why she clean early, then at least say some polite words or ask permission first before start cleaning the table. The menu lists also offer dishes of chicken but suprisingly there is no sink or water pipe etc for the customer to clean their hands. How do you expect we eat the drummets with? With spoon? Or chopstick? Fork may be acceptable but no fork was given or prepared on the table either. Especially when you have babies or toddlers with you you need to wash their hands and mouths after eating. I asked the staff where can we wash our hands (knowing that there is a sink at sight in the middle of the restaurant where the noodles were prepared), but the staff simply answered no. The staff may just allow us washing hand ad the sink but she choose not to I dont know why. We had similar experience in Secret Recipe, where there is no sink available for the customer to use but the staff simply allow us to use the sink which was at sight near the dining table and not inside...
Read moreFirst enter the store at 8:45pm, I can feel the unwelcome vibes, stares by the staff. I assume it’s okay to have a quick light meal since both me and my sister gonna try it for the first time.
Sit there and nobody assist us. Then I proceed go to the cashier to order the food. The cashier (with tired face and unprofessional face) ask what table? And I pointed out and she said “bayar”? I was like no I want to order. She told me to sit and the staff will come to us. The ordering part was ok as attend by one lady.
I noted is crowded so we patiently wait for the stencils to be served to us. After a while I go to the male staff and ask about the chopsticks and spoon. The staff tell me to sit first. And guess what? Nobody attend us. Then I proceed and take by myself then. I then saw he misplaced the stencils to next table. 🤷🏻♂️
Upon payment, I just noticed the cashier was really not in the mood. She just gave me unwelcome and cold vibes. If you cant even handle doing customer service take leaves or find another jobs that doesn’t need u to be “infront” of people.
Btw, the food was good. We had great time enjoying the noodle.
Probably the first and last we came here. Maybe we go to another place coz the food was...
Read moreI was standing infront of the entrance waiting for tables when a couple suddenly come next to me and ask for table at the indian girl staff (who i know is new to this outlet bcs i never her before). Mind you the staff didnt bother to ask me how many pax i will have even when she was cleaning table infront of me. She was even quite rude to the couple infront of me before they got seated. The male staff call for me to be seated then the indian girl staff said out loud that the couple who came after me was there first and they should be seated first. it was a very embarrassing moment for me as i was standing there clueless in front of everyone when i damn sure i was there first. You can check the cctv as well ( i was there at around 745pm ish). I always eat there and never had this kind of problem. Please retrain your staffs. If you cant work under pressure bcs it was too many people or cant hide your annoyance bcs feel very tired pls just stay at home and dont bother working in...
