Growing up, Sushi King was a go-to place to satisfy Sushi cravings (any Sushi King outlet). However, after today, after dining at your restaurant, I have a few feedbacks which I hope you can take to improve your services.
Edamame was over steamed? The colour like super layu like that. Taste wise - edible.
Salmon nigiri - was thin.
Customer service: I’m not sure if the outlet is understaffed, but, the restaurant had probably 4 - 5 tables occupied.
A customer’s order, which was delivered on the conveyor belt got stuck and the staff just adjusted the tray - it moved a bit and got stuck (not actually stopping at the customer). I think you could look into aligning some things at the area?
The staff was at the centre area (where you make sushi), while the food was stuck and the song kept on playing, the customer had to stand up and take his tray from the corner of the conveyor belt.
I felt awkward, upset and uncomfortable with the whole service - especially looking at the other customer trying to take his food.
I hope the staff could be a bit more tentative to the customers.
Ebi sushi - wasn’t fresh. Couldn’t even eat the other one.
Ebi Ten - was cold and hard. Not sure how long it was on the conveyor belt.
I hope this comment will serve a great purpose to improve on your...
Read moreSushi king should train their staff better. Especially new one. Improve in the communication. One staff came to me to tell my ordered food are not available. When i asked which one, he said "makanan yg diorder x de". Then i asked what do u have? In the menu it shows available "He keep telling me "chef cakap x ada". I am not sure should i walk out as i understood that I all my food ordered are not avail. I asked again, and he asked me back, what did i ordered. I took the tab and ask him to point out which menu dont have (i ordered 5 to 6 menu). Then he came back asked, change with ramen can? he actually still dont know what is the menu that is not available despite going back and forth to kitchen. I just guess the udon is the one since it is under same category with ramen. I dont even know what ramen menu they changed to until the food arrived to me. So Turn out, only one of the menu not available.
Kid, u should confirm with kitchen which menu is not available before speak to the customer. And when customer ask, and u dont know the answer, directly confirm with kitchen instead giving the same answer that is not answering the question. Also, when u know u are wrong, can learn to say "sorry" instead. U have more to learn. Admit ur mistake instead and learn to speak nicely. Ur attitude will harm u...
