Was trying to find this place for a while now and found it yesterday. I can say I'm quite a regular takeaway customer? ( mostly from beep delivery)
their place is located near madam Kwan area.

I usually order their mala hot pot (twin size) with udon and potato noodles because I'm the noodle type of person.
Though after buying for a few times I somewhat felt I kena scam in a way , wasn't sure if it's just bigger Tupperware wise or I actually kena scam because it somewhat seem to me that their portion size always different one. ( for take away at least)
-First time buying from beep was the first noodle pic. Size was a little bit like 1 portion size? I guess. ( ordered with 2? potato noodle) ( gave me the wrong spice but I only notice it after finishing them lmao)
Second time I didn't take any pictures because I was too hungry but they cooked the spice level correctly.( ordered 4 potato noodle on this?
-Third time was from shopee food, portion size was bigger , at least from the new Tupperware they use. ( bought 2 udon, 1 potato noodle )
-Fourth time was yesterday, portion size was same as the first time and I ordered 2 potato noodle and 2 udon)
Their spicy fragrant is good for just eat and little kick. While their Xtreme spicy was spicy if you eat it while it's still pipping hot.
I would still buy from here but I hope they can make sure their portion is right because I felt like I kena scam sometimes when I buy from here.
Usually I wouldn't ask them to make it again because the procedure quite troublesome and I end work pretty late so it's just gonna make me hangry lmao.
other than that the food is quite nice...
Read moreFood and service is great. It gets pretty packed during lunch and dinner time. Suggested to come here with your friends / loved ones as sometimes the portion can be quite big.
The price you pay is based on how much ingredients you pick.
The Journey: 1st you take 2 bowls to select your ingredients. 1 bowl is for the vegetables and the other bowl is for the meat. (Since they are both priced differently). Next bring the bowls to the counter to weigh and pay. Here is where you get to pick 3 levels of spiciness + 1 non-spicy level. (it's very unlikely for anyone to pick that non-spicy level as people who eat hotpot basically have a certain level of tolerance towards spiciness.) Lastly, you choose whether you want to eat with rice or noodles and also if you want any drinks with it. (For drinks they have soy and soft canned-drinks as well as water.)
Once you've made your payment, they will give you a queue number for you to wait and it will ring before you can pick your food. In this time, it is suggested to go pick a place you'd want to sit and eat at. That's all. Hope...
Read moreI find it absolutely unacceptable that after I paid and supported this restaurant, I politely asked to use the Wi-Fi for just 5 minutes to buy my data cause it just run out and have urgent problems need to settle. And yet the staff just laughed, think for awhile and said, “I don’t know the password.” I request again, I just need 5min, can I?
If you truly didn’t know the Wi-Fi password, that would have been fine – I can completely understand. But instead of giving me a proper answer, the staff just laughed and casually said, “No, no, I don’t know the Wi-Fi,” without taking me seriously at all.
He were clearly not taking me seriously at all, which was extremely disrespectful. To make it worse, the shop beside you 😀 – where I didn’t even spend a cent, let me use their Wi-Fi without hesitation. This shows how poorly this restaurant values its paying customers. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing.
Ya, I saw the last review also about this staff, PLEASE train your...
