The staff used to be friendly, the food used to be delicious and hot, the tables used to be placed sufficient distance apart.. BUT TODAY, it was a huge disappointment.. the lady cashier was the only one who is friendly, the guy who served the food at the counter kept insisting that it isn’t my food, I didn’t touch the food, I asked whether it was my food because I recognised what I ordered, he kept insisting it isn’t mine, without looking at my receipt to confirm the order.. as soon as I sat back at my table, he rang my order number and I had to carefully get outta my seat which I had just carefully sat down (to avoid hitting the kakaks sitting very closely behind me).. why did they place the tables and chairs so close together? why did he not check my receipt before making me go back to my seat? why did he ring my order number after I sat down? what was his intention? why is he doing it on purpose? he is so inconsiderate! he wants me to cari pasal with the group of kakaks sitting behind me? he needs to stop causing trouble and inconveniences for customers! does the manager know what he’s up to? and after such inconvenience, the audacity to ask for a review, well, the rest of the staff should thank him for messing up the review.. he made me regret choosing to eat at...
Read moreAfter I placed my order of x1 Bulgogi Ramyeon w additional cheese, I overheard a Grab rider, who was waiting for their pickup, say: “Hey it’s been a while, berapa lama lagi? (how long more?) and got a sinking feeling in my stomach.
That feeling was spot on and I got my food nearly one hour later. And it was after my partner stepped in (to help me wait) bec I was going to be late for a meeting and had to run along first. I placed an order to-go.
The frazzled manager did not even passed me my receipt and I had to ask for it. He told me my wait time was ‘around 20 minutes lah’ - it was NOT. Had my partner not apply some pressure (after I had left) he reckons my food would still not be out.
And check out the photos. The sides - you might as well no need to give right...some cubes of the yellow radish and two slivers of kimchi. Look at the colour of the ramen - needless to say, there was no spice, no flavour, and it tasted meh. Beef was surprisingly OK but that was it.

Read moreJust wanted a quick takeaway and saw that there wasn’t a queue and went for it. Unexpectedly I waited longer than expected for the order for more than 20min. It was explained to me that there were online orders but I am baffled that the numbers after me got their orders.
I nearly cancelled my order but it was being packed when I made the cancellation request.
The flavour that was recommended by the staff for fried chicken ran out after more than 10min wait. Got another flavour and they added 2 more pieces of chicken for the delay and flavour that ran out.
The staff were apologetic and knew I was waiting long and took the initiative to update me. Perhaps it was my expectation of not seeing a line and wanting a quick grab that didn’t cut it for me.
